Puppies, Young Adults & Adult Companions
At Lake Sai, finding a home is not simply about choosing a color, age, or breed. We know these dogs individually—their personalities, energy levels, strengths, and the kind of family in which they are most likely to thrive.
We currently have Standard Poodles from approximately 8 months to 5 years old, as well as French Bulldogs from young puppies to young adults.
Some families want a very young puppy. Others discover that a well-started young adult or mature dog is an even better match.

APPLICATION
Standard Poodles Available
Approximately 8 Months to 5 Years Old
Placement Fees: $1,800–$3,000
We currently have several beautiful Standard Poodles available at different ages.
Our older puppies and adults have the advantage of having personalities that are already much easier to understand. We can tell you much more about their temperament, energy level, relationships with other dogs, and the kind of home in which they are likely to be happiest.
Our available older Poodles are:
Potty trained
Accustomed to living inside the home
Socialized with other dogs
Familiar with everyday household and farm life
Individually evaluated for temperament
Supported by Lake Sai after placement
Some have calmer, highly responsive temperaments that may make them promising prospects for continued service-dog or therapy-dog training. Final suitability will depend on the individual dog, the handler's needs, and continued professional training.
Some are better suited simply to being wonderful family companions—and that is equally important.
Why Consider an Older Poodle?
Starting with an older puppy or adult can be a wonderful alternative to beginning again at eight weeks.
Their adult personality is becoming clear. Their size is easier to predict. They are past much of the most demanding early-puppy stage, and many already understand household routines.
For the right family, an older Lake Sai Poodle can step into life with you much more easily.

French Bulldogs Available
Young Puppies Through Approximately 1 Year Old
Prices: $2,500–$4,500
We currently have French Bulldogs at several different stages of development, from young puppies still growing with us to well-started young adults.
Lake Sai French Bulldogs are raised closely with us inside the home and receive extensive daily handling, observation, and socialization.
Our older French Bulldog puppies and young adults are accustomed to household life and other dogs, and their personalities are already easier for us to evaluate.
For each available Frenchie, we will help you understand:
Personality and energy level
Social behavior with other dogs
Household experience
Potty-training progress
Individual needs
The type of family we believe would suit that dog best
Very young puppies will remain with us until they are developmentally ready to leave for their new homes.

We do not believe that every dog is right for every home.
One dog may thrive with an active family. Another may prefer a quieter household and one special person. Some are confident and outgoing; others are sensitive, observant, or deeply people-oriented.
Because we have raised these dogs ourselves, we can help you look beyond appearance and choose according to temperament, lifestyle, experience, and connection.
When you complete the application, please tell us:

Whether you prefer a puppy, young adult, or mature adult
